Rinjani x Mandalika Adventure

As part of VELO’s commitment to building long-term relationships with customers, the VELOMoVe Customer Retention Program was created to deliver meaningful engagement beyond business interactions. The “Rinjani x Mandalika Adventure” program combined adventure, networking, and shared experiences into a unique journey across some of Indonesia’s most iconic destinations.

Held from 20–22 September 2024, the program brought together customers from Bali and Jakarta representing multiple companies in an exclusive expedition across Lombok Island. Participants experienced a combination of scenic motorcycle touring, outdoor adventure, and team bonding activities designed to strengthen collaboration and personal connections.

The journey covered more than 250 kilometers through Lombok’s most breathtaking routes, including Lembar, Sembalun, Senaru, Senggigi, Mandalika, and Gunung Tunak. Participants explored coastal roads, mountain landscapes, and cultural destinations while enjoying the spirit of adventure together.

One of the highlights of the program was the trekking expedition to Mount Rinjani and Plawangan, where participants experienced camping activities and witnessed the stunning natural beauty of Lombok from high-altitude viewpoints. The adventure fostered teamwork, resilience, and memorable experiences shared among customers and the VELO team.

Through VELOMoVe, VELO believes that “Moving Makes Everything Possible.” The program reflects how meaningful experiences and human connections can strengthen partnerships, build trust, and create lasting business relationships.
